Sarah Yesil – Associate Attorney
Sarah represents community associations on transactional corporate issues, governing document amendments and restatements, and governing document enforcement.
Sarah was a law clerk and post-bar law clerk for the Firm in 2021 and 2022.
Professional History
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2021 from California Western School of Law, where she was awarded the Justice Anthony Kennedy Scholarship. At California Western School of Law, Sarah twice achieved the Dean’s Honor List and received a Certificate of Distinction and four Academic Excellence Awards. Sarah was a member of the Law Review at California Western School of Law and served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the International Law Journal. During her legal education, Sarah completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Anthony Battaglia in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
