Lindsay Anderson

Senior Associate Attorney

Lindsay is a Senior Associate Attorney that represents community associations with a focus on transactional matters. Lindsay provides comprehensive transactional services, including contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation, as well as the creation, review, and enforcement of governing documents. She is committed to helping community associations thrive by delivering strategic, practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. 

Prior to working at Flanagan Law, Lindsay spent several years representing community associations and common interest developments. She presented regularly to clients on topics of interest such as corporate governance and changes in the law. 

Lindsay also spent three years representing lenders and brokers in real estate-related transactions which gives her a unique perspective when assisting community associations with loan document review and negotiation.

Professional History

Lindsay earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2018. During law school, she participated in the Community and Economic Development Clinic, where she represented community associations on issues of company formation and corporate governance.  Notably, she assisted a homeowners association of mobile home park residents in securing financing and preparing for ownership of their park, helping ensure long-term housing affordability.  

She graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in History/Law and Society. She was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa in 2013. The following year, she received the Dean Loda Mae Davis Commencement Award for outstanding leadership, campus involvement, and academic excellence. Lindsay also served as President of UC Riverside’s chapter of Golden Key International Honour Society. 

Lindsay is an avid soccer fan and can regularly be found cheering on the San Diego Wave or San Diego Football Club. She loves live music and often travels to see her favorite musicians perform. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats, Max and Gabby.
